By accessing or using Gemini TTS's AI 3D model generation service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Gemini TTS provides an advanced AI 3D model generation service that transforms images into high-fidelity, simulation-ready 3D assets. Our DiT-based foundation model generates physics-ready meshes with clean topology, true PBR materials, and 6K textures optimized for simulators, games, and XR applications.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Gemini TTS provides AI 3D model generation capabilities. You may use our service only as permitted by law and these Terms. You agree not to misuse our service, generate harmful or inappropriate content, or help anyone else to do so. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our service.

Gemini TTS operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to generate 3D models and must be purchased through our payment system. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Credits do not expire but may be subject to account closure policies.

Our service allows you to upload images and generate AI-created 3D models. You retain all rights to your uploaded content, but you grant us a license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service. You are responsible for any content you upload and must have the necessary rights to share that content.

You may not use Gemini TTS to generate 3D models that are illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or distribute our DiT-based AI models or technology. Commercial use of generated 3D models may be subject to additional terms.

Gemini TTS is an AI-powered service and may not always produce perfect results. Generated 3D models may contain artifacts, inconsistencies, or unexpected elements. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated 3D models for any particular purpose, including simulation readiness or physics accuracy.

Our service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Gemini TTS, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Gemini TTS regarding our service and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
