Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for credit purchases on Gemini TTS. Please read it carefully before completing a purchase.
1. Credit Purchases
Gemini TTS operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you generate text-to-speech audio. Once credits are used, they cannot be restored or refunded.
2. General Refund Policy
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or as described in this policy. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this refund policy.
3. Eligible Refund Requests
We may consider a refund if you contact us within 7 days of purchase and have not used any credits from that purchase. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Duplicate charges, billing errors, or technical failures that prevented credit delivery may also qualify for a refund or credit adjustment.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for: credits that have already been used; dissatisfaction with AI-generated audio quality or style; account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service (including NSFW or prohibited content policies); or purchases made more than 7 days ago.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@geminitts.net with your account email, order or transaction details, and a brief explanation of your request. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
6. Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
